It is a mutually beneficial program. You own the domain, point it to our servers. We handle the website, you promote the website. People sign up on your website and you get paid.

We take care of dating software, membership database, payment processing, hosting, customer support and much more. And all of these are totally free.

Sorry, no. We only accept the domain about Lesbian or Related dating.We recommend you to register domains at Godaddy (world's largest name registrar).
We do not offer subdomains at this moment. It is our policy to allow partners to have control over the brand and domain. If you register a domain name abc.com, you own the domain and brand forever. You will have more flexibility than using subdomains.

Q: Who will host the domain and site? I have to pay for it?

LDate.com will host the site. Your domain registrar will host the domain. We will take care of all the backend work, including any site problems.
You have to pay for the domain. There are no monthly fees, license fees, hosting fees or any other charges. You own the domain and the brand.

Q: What is the difference between your program and others?

1. Once your dating site is set up, it will have hundreds of thousands of members with the same interest. And your members can start meeting like-minded people right away. We do not include members with other interests, since they can easily turn away your new members.
2. Our customer service team have ten-year experiences serving customers with those special interests.

For your site to become one of our Featured Private Label Sites, you have to bring in at least 100 sales each month. Once you do, please contact us to let us know!

Q: Do you allow the marketing that is considered "spam"?

We have a ZERO Tolerance for SPAM. If we get a complaint, or if you are found to be "spamming", your account will be put on hold pending further investigating. If confirmed, your account with us will be terminated immediately.

Q: Can I run multiple private label dating sites?

Yes, but 3 at most. Additional private label sites will be $100.00 each. However, quality partners (20+ sales each month) have no limit.

Q: Do I have to use GoDaddy to register domain?
| A: |
No. You can register a domain at any other registrar( e.g. 1and1, NetworkSolutions etc. ). After you get the domain, you just need to change the nameserver to ours. We mention Godaddy since it is the largest domain registrar.

Q: Why should I change DNS / Nameservers?
| A: |
You own the domain and brand. We take care of dating software, membership database, payment processing, hosting, customer support and much more. All of these are totally free, and our small need is to change the DNS. Only this can we upload our codes to your site and make the site live. Then you can start to earn money from this site.

Q: How do I terminate my private label account?
| A: |
If you want to remove your private label account from our database, please send us an email with the subject of "Remove Me from Your private label Program" and include the following information: your tracking ID number, password and your site name.

Q: I just logged into my account and it was banned. Why?
| A: |
We do not condone cheating or spamming of any nature. Any accounts suspected of cheating or reported for spamming are immediately banned and all payment voided. Extreme steps must be taken to protect our company and legitimate private labels. Typical private label causes include:
- People emailing us that your private label ID was used in spamming activities.
- Creation of fake accounts.
- High chargeback rates (7% or greater).
- Other inappropriate actions.

Q: Am I allowed to customise my site?

Yes. We will contact you to discuss your site further once you have registered. Then you can provide more details about the design of your site - plus any other requirements.

Our engineers can integrate it manually if it has at least a few thousands of users. Otherwise it is better for you to use our dating platform and use your existing dating domain. The site should have hundreds of thousands of profiles. Whenever your previous members come to the site, they are likely to register new profiles. And you get paid for that.

Q: I am a web designer. Can I use my own graphics, revised content, etc.?

No, we will not do marketing for you. However we do have some general marketing tips after your site is set up. Like in any other businesses, you have to work hard and find appropriate marketing methods to grow your site.

Sorry, no. We do not allow spamming of our users.

Q: How can I know my private label links' performance / statistics?

The statistics page is created specially for partners to check the progress of dating sites. Check it out at your account after login at http://af.LDate.com/. Statistics is updated daily.

Q: If I earn 10% of my sub-partners' commission, will I get a cut from his earnings? Can his total earnings be recorded on my report page, if he registers via my invitation link?

If your sub-partner registers through your invitation link, our system can track his total commission and show it on your own report page. You earn 10% of sub-partners' commission from paid members. We will not cut that from his earnings, but offer you an extra 10%.

Q: Is this a CMS (content management site) site? Can I approve or refuse profiles on my site?

Sorry, no. This is not a CMS(content mangement site) website. But you can find out who sign up through your site at 'view report' link after login. We keep the database for today, this month, last month and last 6 months.
We prefer you to focus on marketing. Customer service is really a long and hard work requiring lots of patience and time. We are taking over these hard work for now. It may change in the future.

Q: Is there a way to tell where my traffic is coming from?

Yes, you can use code from Google Analytics to track the traffic information. Once your code is ready, send it to your account manager and we will add it up at your dating site.

Q: What are the terms and termination?

The terms of this agreement will take effect upon signing-up at the website and will cease when terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing us with written notice of termination.

Q: How much money will I make and what is the payout rate for my dating site?

That totally depends on you. The more people you can get to sign up as a member of your dating site, the more money you will make. We offer three payout options. We pay you $2 for each profile or $40 for each paid member. And 10% of earnings of sub-partners you referred to us.

Q: How and when do I get paid?
| A: |
We send out the payments via bank check at the beginning of each month, but only when you have generated over $100 in revenue. If you have generated less than this, the pay will be withheld until the next pay period, when it is added to the new total and sent to you if over $100.
If any payment from customer is later charged-back or refunded, or the customer's bank check is returned by the issuing bank, we will deduct the fee from your commission.

Paypal is a system specially designed for secure sending and receiving payments over the Internet. Once you create a Paypal account you can send and receive money over the Internet using Paypal balance, your credit card, debit card or bank account. Please check out more details at www.paypal.com.

Q: I received my commission through Paypal. What should I do next?
| A: |
After you create an account at www.paypal.com, the commission you received will be automatically sent to your funding option. If you sign up with a credit card or debit card, it will be automatically send to them. If you sign up with your bank account, the payment will be sent to your Paypal balance or bank account. You can easily transfer your payment from the Paypal balance to your bank account and use it as you wish.

Q: I have not received one of my checks posted on my stats page, what should I do?

If you have not received a check, please make sure postal mailing address is correct and updated at the website. Then send us an email. Please include your tracking ID number, the month and the amount of the check in question. And we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: What do I do if I have received a check with the incorrect information on it?

Q: What is your Chargebacks and Creditbacks rule?

We will not pay any partner who has chargebacks and creditbacks of 7% or greater. Creditback is defined as customers who cancel their memberships and receive a credit. Chargeback is defined as a refund of payment for customers after the credit card has been processed.

Q: Do you need banking detail?

We don't need your banking detail. We send out the commission by bank check for now, and Paypal in the near future.

Q: How are taxes handled from your company?
| A: |
You can get full commissions from our company. However, you are solely responsible for any taxes just like other types of incomes. When the payment arrives, there will be no taxes deducted.

Q: If a person signs up for the free profile, I get $2. If he later upgrades, do I get $40?
| A: |
No. You can only choose $2 for each profile, or $40 for each paying member. Not both at the same time. However, you can change to different payout option later.

Q: I just changed my payout option from $40 on each sale to $2 on each profile. Can I get commission from previous profiles whose owners become your paid members?
